The Whole Process, Step by Step
Give Us a Call
Pick up the phone and have a chat with us. Tell us about your staircase and what you need — we'll listen, answer every question honestly, and give you a straight answer on whether we can help. There's no obligation and no sales pressure.
We cover all of South Wales. Most installations can be arranged within a few days of your call.
Speed things up — send two photos
A photo from the top and bottom of your staircase takes two minutes and lets us give you a firm quote straight away — often without needing to visit first.
We Visit and Install
We'll come to your home at a time that suits you. Our team fits your reconditioned Brooks Acorn Slimline stairlift carefully and cleanly — we take care of your home as if it were our own. The installation usually takes a couple of hours.
We won't leave until you feel completely confident and comfortable using your stairlift. We'll walk you through everything at your own pace.
Enjoy Your Independence
That's it — you're back on the stairs. Use your stairlift as much as you like. If anything ever needs attention, just give us a ring. All servicing and repairs are fully included throughout your rental, at no extra cost.
There's no fixed contract. If your circumstances change, just give us one month's notice.
We Collect When You're Done
When you no longer need the stairlift — whether that's after a few weeks or a few years — just let us know. We'll come and collect it promptly, leaving your staircase exactly as we found it.
Removal is included in your initial £350 fee. There are no collection charges and no end-of-rental fees.
